According to 'Fuji Rumors', a media outlet specializing in camera rumors, the X-T6, which is highly likely to be released in the second half of this year, will feature a "completely new film simulation" and "newly redesigned top dials."
Citing highly accurate sources, the report states that the newly added film simulation is characterized by rendering "very deep, powerful, and vivid colors." Since film simulation is one of the most beloved features by Fujifilm users, this unique color profile addition is expected to be a major selling point.
Changes are also coming to the exterior and control system. The analog control dials on the top of the body have been completely redesigned, which is expected to offer a much more pleasant and intuitive handling experience than the current X-T5. Some industry insiders are also paying close attention to whether a dedicated 'Film Simulation Dial' will be implemented.
