Fujifilm Korea announced on the 19th that it is releasing its new instant camera, the "Instax Mini 13."
The standout feature of this new model is the inclusion of a "self-timer"—a first for the Instax Mini series. Supporting both 2-second and 10-second timer settings, the camera makes it significantly easier to capture group photos or wide landscape shots, which were previously challenging to shoot with instant cameras.
In terms of aesthetics, the camera boasts a sleek and trendy design emphasized by soft, rounded curves. It comes in five vibrant colors to offer consumers a wide range of choices: Candy Pink, Frost Blue, Clay White, Lagoon Green, and Dreamy Purple.
Fujifilm Korea will start accepting pre-orders on the 19th, ahead of the official launch on the 26th. The retail price is set at 139,000 KRW. To celebrate the release, the company will also run a pop-up store at Yongsan Ipark Mall until the 16 of next month to expand its reach to consumers.
An official from Fujifilm Korea stated, "The Mini 13 maintains the intuitive and user-friendly nature of the existing Instax series while adding the self-timer function, providing users with a more enjoyable and convenient shooting experience."
