Nikon Imaging Korea (CEO Jeong Hae-hwan), an optical devices specialist, announced on the 11th that it has released a teaser video for 'Photo Deliberation Camp' (hereinafter referred to as 'Sasukam'), an interactive critique YouTube content that evaluates and analyzes the works of photo enthusiasts alongside advertising photographer Kim Yu-chul, and has begun accepting applications for participant samples.
'Sasukam' is a photo critique content where cast members, including ABF Studio CEO Jeong Ju-young and photographer Kim Yu-chul, detailedly analyze and advise on submitted photos, providing practical feedback. Moving away from a simple lecture format, the program is designed to add elements of fun, such as the delightful chemistry among the cast, allowing viewers to easily and enjoyably spark an interest in photography while learning shooting know-how. The teaser video raised expectations by showcasing the 25-year bond between Photographer Kim and CEO Jeong, as well as their discussion on artwork selection criteria and the program's direction ahead of the full-scale critique.
The content will run for a total of 5 episodes. In the first episode, photographer Kim Yu-chul will delightfully look back on his photographic chronicle through 'My Photo Deliberation,' where he self-evaluates his past and recent works. From the second to the fifth episodes, selected submissions from participants will receive customized prescriptions and professional critiques. Notably, an exciting point of interest is that participants can directly choose their desired 'Critique Spiciness Level (Levels 1 to 4)' when applying.
Photo submissions can be made from today until July 26 via the link in Nikon Imaging Korea's official Instagram profile or the Google Form link in the YouTube description box. Applicants will receive one limited-edition 'Sasukam' special merchandise per person on a first-come, first-served basis, and participants whose submitted samples are selected for critique will receive an additional 100,000 Naver Points.
