Combining the Portability of the LX100 with the Power of the GH7
Celebrating the 25th anniversary of the LUMIX brand, Panasonic has officially announced the LUMIX L10, a premium compact camera destined to set a new industry standard. Inheriting the classic form factor of the legendary LX100 series while housing the high-performance internals of the flagship GH7, the L10 is already being hailed as a "pocket-sized cinema camera."
■ Flagship Performance in a Compact Body
The LUMIX L10 is equipped with the same 25.2MP BSI CMOS sensor and latest image processing engine found in the Micro Four Thirds powerhouse, the GH7. This allows the compact body to deliver extraordinary dynamic range and low-noise performance. Notably, it supports high-end video specs including 5.7K 60p and 4K 120p. It also features Panasonic’s latest Phase Hybrid AF and AI-based subject recognition for lightning-fast, accurate focusing.
■ Reimagining a Classic: Leica Optics
The exterior maintains the classic design DNA of the LX100 series. It features a fixed LEICA DC VARIO-SUMMILUX 24-75mm (35mm equivalent) f/1.7-2.8 lens, offering versatility for everything from landscapes to portraits. Responding to user feedback, Panasonic has added a Free-angle (tilt-flip) touchscreen and a high-resolution OLED EVF to maximize shooting flexibility.
■ 25th Anniversary Edition and Premium Craftsmanship
To commemorate this milestone, Panasonic will release a limited-run "Titanium Gold" Special Edition alongside the standard Black and Silver models. With a Saffiano-textured leather grip and a robust magnesium alloy chassis, the L10 is designed to be as much a collector's item as it is a professional tool.
