Canon Korea (CEO Park Jung-woo), a leading total imaging solutions company in the global and domestic interchangeable-lens camera market, successfully concluded its professional educational program ‘Canon Cinema Camp 2026’ aimed at nurturing next-generation video creators, holding a screening and graduation ceremony on August 7.
This cinema camp was designed to allow aspiring video creators and industry professionals to experience real-world production sites and develop their own scripts into short films. Around 1,000 applicants applied, resulting in a high competition ratio of 33 to 1, with 30 final participants attending the 5-day, 4-night program.
Based on the official press release, here is a breakdown of the key highlights and core curriculum of 'Canon Cinema Camp 2026'.
